Return Eligibility

We accept returns for the following reasons. Please review carefully before initiating a request.

Items received in damaged or defective condition (manufacturing defects)

Wrong item shipped (incorrect size, colour, or product)

Item significantly different from the product listing description

Missing items from a confirmed order

Items returned after the 7-day return window has elapsed

Used, washed, altered, or worn items (unless defective)

Items without original tags, packaging, or invoice

Custom-stitched or personalised orders (unless defective)

Bulk orders placed under a confirmed purchase agreement (unless defective)

Items purchased during clearance or final sale events

How to Return

Follow these steps to complete a return. The entire process typically takes 7–14 business days.

Raise a Return Request

Log in to your JhaskCom account and navigate to "My Orders." Select the order and item(s) you wish to return and submit a return request within 7 days of delivery. Attach clear photographs of the issue.

Approval & Pickup Scheduling

Our team will review your request within 48 business hours. Upon approval, we will schedule a pickup from your registered business address at no additional cost for approved defect/wrong-item returns.

Quality Inspection

Returned items undergo a quality check at our warehouse (typically 3–5 business days). Items must be in original condition with all tags intact and accompanied by the original GST invoice.

Refund or Replacement

Upon successful inspection, we will process your preferred resolution — a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement shipment. Refunds are typically credited within 5–7 business days.
